  1. Smoked Salmon

  4. Chives

Directions

  1. Lightly beat 2 fresh free-range eggs with a pinch of salt.
  2. Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan, then add your eggs and stir over a low heat until scrambled and creamy.
  3. Cut a slice of smoked salmon into ribbons and stir it through the eggs with a sprinkle of chopped chives.
  4. Pile it onto your RYVITA crispbread and indulge immediately.
