Ingredients

  1. 1 Crispbread (choose your favourite)

  2. A dollop of hummus

  3. A squeeze of lemon

  4. A few sun dried tomatoes

  5. A sprinkling of rocket leaves

Directions

  1. Spread a thick layer of hummus onto the Crispbread. Pile high with your sundried tomatoes and scatter on your rocket leaves. Finish off with a squeeze of lemon to bring the taste of the Med to your lunchtime.
