Yes, all Ryvita products contain Gluten.

No, Ryvita products do not contain yeast.

Yes, all our products can be eaten by vegetarians.

Wheat flour is the primary ingredient in RYVITA® Snackbread and also appears in RYVITA® Muesli Crunch Crispbread. Sufferers of wheat allergy or intolerance should avoid these products. All our other products do not contain wheat. They are however made in a bakery that uses wheat.

The only product in our range which currently contains palm oil is our Multi-Seed Thins, and this is not available in CanadaWe use a blend of 100% Certified Sustainable Palm Oil. Our ultimate intention is to remove palm oil altogether from this product in the not too distant future.

None of our Ryvita products range contain any ‘Trans Fat’ or partially hydrogenated vegetable oil. However, the currants used in our Muesli Crunch variety contain a very tiny amount of sunflower oil that keeps the currents free flowing during the production process and prevents the currants from clumping together.
