Directions

  1. Spread your RYVITA crispbread with a thin layer of sundried tomato pesto.
  2. Cover with thinly sliced, tangy gruyere cheese or milky mozzarella.
  3. Top with slivers of sundried tomato or your favourite pizza toppings.
  4. Microwave for 10 seconds or until the cheese turns molten, then garnish with fresh basil leaves.
