Ingredients

  1. RYVITA® Crispbread

  2. A can of tuna

  3. A large dollop of mayonnaise

  4. Some sliced cucumber

  5. A squeeze of lemon

Directions

  1. Layer the cucumber on the Ryvita Crispbread. Drain the tuna and mix with the mayo. Heap your tuna mayo on top of the cucumber and season with black pepper and lemon juice.
